Breakfast in the dining room is usually requested from Monday to Friday 07.30 - 09.00 and from around 8.30 to 10.00am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Help yourself from a selection of fruit juices, cereals, local organic yogurts, grapefruit segments, jumbo prunes, fresh fruit salad and Rosie's fruit compote containing cranberries, figs and wonderful, dark toffee-flavoured organic apricots! Traditional porridge is served with dark Moscovado sugar.
Full English Breakfast of locally produced Herefordshire sausage, Hereford cured bacon, field mushrooms, slow roast tomato, fried bread and a choice from locally produced Herefordshire black pudding, baked beans or hash browns.
Vegetarian breakfast: selection of vegetarian sausage, baked beans, slow roast tomato, field mushrooms, fried bread, hash browns, in any combination.
Local Herefordshire free range eggs - choose either poached, fried, scrambled, or boiled.

Selection of preserves including Rosie's whiskey marmalade and home made jams and delicious Herefordshire honey.
